1. What products does Elearntogo sell?
We offer high-quality printed T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts with original and expressive designs. All items are made to order and crafted for comfort, style, and individuality.
2. Do you ship outside the United States?
No. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
3. How long does shipping take in the USA?
Our standard delivery time is typically 3–4 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and printing before shipment.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the link provided or visit our Order Tracking page.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email support@elearntogo.com with your order number and request. After 12 hours, we begin production and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you experience any issue, contact us within 120 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
Please note: We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
7. What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes from S to 3XL (varies by product). Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit.
8. Are the designs machine washable?
Yes! Our prints are made using durable, high-quality inks. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and hang dry or tumble dry on low.
9. Do you offer custom printing or personalization?
Yes! Some of our products support custom text or design uploads. You’ll see the personalization options available directly on the product page.
