At Elearntogo, your satisfaction is our priority. All of our apparel is made-to-order with care and precision. While we do not accept returns for customer-related errors, we offer a fair and clear returns process for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Please read our full Returns Policy below.
1. Return Timeframe
We accept return requests within 180 days from the delivery date.
Any requests made after this 180-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, design, or color)
- The item is damaged or has manufacturing defects
- The print is blurry, incomplete, or incorrect
- Your item was damaged during shipping
To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. You will be required to submit photo evidence to support the claim.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in cases such as:
- You ordered the wrong size, style, or color by mistake
- You changed your mind after receiving the product
- Minor variations in design or color due to digital display differences
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
All custom-printed items are final sale, except for the cases listed in the “Return Eligibility” section.
4. How to Request a Return
To begin the return process:

- Include:
- Your full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
We will respond within 2 business days to confirm your eligibility and next steps.
5. Return Shipping
- If your return is approved due to a seller error, we will cover the return shipping cost
- If a return is requested for reasons outside of our control (e.g. ordering the wrong size), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
We may not require you to return the item in some cases and instead may offer a free replacement.
6. Replacements Instead of Returns
In many cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of asking you to return the product. This is to save time and provide a faster resolution.
7. Final Note
Please double-check your order before checkout to ensure accuracy. Since all of our products are printed individually, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference or ordering mistakes.
