At Elearntogo, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and companies. If you believe your work has been used on our website without proper authorization, we are here to address your concerns quickly and fairly.

This page explains how to report alleged copyright, trademark, or design infringement on Elearntogo.com.

1. Reporting Copyright or Trademark Infringement

If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and believe that material on our site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP, please submit a formal complaint including:

Required Information:

  • Your full name (or company name)
  • Email address and phone number
  • Physical address
  • A detailed description of the copyrighted or trademarked work you believe has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on Elearntogo.com where the allegedly infringing material appears
  • A statement that: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • A statement that: “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this complaint is accurate and that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the intellectual property rights involved.”
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Please send your completed claim to:

Email: [email protected]

We will acknowledge your complaint and begin a review within 5 business days.

2. What Happens After You File a Complaint?

Once we receive your complete and valid notice:

  • We will temporarily disable or remove the allegedly infringing content while we conduct a review.
  • We may contact the uploader or designer for clarification or a counter-notice.
  • If the claim is verified, the content will remain removed and any future uploads of the same content may be blocked.
  • If the claim is found to be invalid or incomplete, we will notify you and may request additional information.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice (If You’re the Content Uploader)

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a false claim, you may submit a counter-notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Identification of the material that was removed, including URL
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly taken down
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file legal action within 14 business days, the content may be restored.

4. Misuse of the IP Claim Process

Filing false or fraudulent claims is a violation of the law. You may be held liable for damages, legal fees, and penalties under Section 512(f) of the DMCA or similar international laws.

We take intellectual property seriously, but we also take abuse of the claim process seriously. Please ensure all claims are truthful and supported by valid legal rights.

5. Content Ownership on Elearntogo

All designs on Elearntogo are either:

  • Created by our in-house designers,
  • Licensed for commercial use from trusted platforms, or
  • Based on public domain or fair use principles

If any content unintentionally violates your rights, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and respectfully.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Elearntogo has a zero-tolerance policy for users who repeatedly submit or upload infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate intellectual property laws or platform rules.
